34th wine fair



Come and taste more than 70 references of wines, beers and spirits from French wine schools with your free glass! You will also be able to taste typical products from local craftsmen and partner high schools.

On the "Val d'Hiver" menu, with food and wine pairing:
- sweet foie gras with duck chips,
- cod tartar on a fruity trail
- wild boar stew glazed with Crément d'Alsace and its spaetzles,
- cheeses,
- sablé "hors piste" and its Dujardin compote.
Meal concocted by the caterer Dujardin of Fegersheim.
Please note that places for the catering are limited, so please book before 10 November 2022.
Meals will be served between 12:15 and 13:15.
