Eguisheim
Our family estate is located in Eguisheim, a historic village near Colmar.
Our organic and biodynamic approach, respectful of the plant and its environment, makes our wine a healthy and lively drink. The quality of the soil being the base of this peasant agriculture, we work our vines with our draft horse or simply by hand, exclusively!
This quality environment provides our vines with a balanced development and natural resistance to climatic and parasitic aggressions...and a plant that lives healthy gives healthy fruits!
This work in the vineyard contributes greatly to the quality of our grapes and therefore of the juices, which means that we do not need to add anything during the life of the wine.
Alsace has been a region of varietal wines since the 1940s.
However, our choice to make natural wines has led us to a centuries-old tradition of complanting:
Grape varieties from the same locality are harvested, pressed, and then vinified together to go beyond the fruit and obtain true terroir wines.
Our wines therefore bear the names of localities if the regulations allow it, otherwise the name of a cuvée allows us to get around this obstacle.
They will accompany your most varied meals with elegance and accuracy.
They will bring an original and gourmet touch to your moments of relaxation.
