7:00 p.m.: Welcome, introduction to the estate, and overview of the evening’s program, which will take place in the heart of the estate’s historic wine cellar.
7:30 p.m.: Dinner service begins, featuring our organic wine and food pairings from the estate.

Throughout the evening, guests can mingle and shop at the wine cellar. Live music.

On the menu:
Platter of 6 oysters per person
Foie gras platter served with gourmet breads and chutney
Cheese platter
Munster macarons from Pâtisserie Willy de Munster
Dessert from Pâtisserie Willy de Munster

Each course will be paired with a glass of white or red wine. All our wines have been certified organic since 2010.
