Hiking to the Breitenwasen

Hiking from the valley to the summit of the Northern Vosges : the Grand Wintersberg. At the summit you will have different possibilities to return at the valley : the GR53 sign, red rectangle direction Liechteneck or through the Durschbach valley.
Departure : City centre from Niederbronn-les-Bains - avenue de la Libération -pass under the bridge of the railway opposite to the golf on track - allée des Tilleuls - rue Charles Mathis – follow the principal signs, along the stream Falkensteinerbach, until Breitenwasen – cross the N62 – passage at the forest house Riesthal Rockenberg - Grand Wintersberg - Return by Niederbronn-les-Bains with the way of your choice.
