Welcome at the brewery Bisaiguë !
I brew my beers unfiltered and unpasteurized in the heart of the valley of Kaysersberg, where I grew up.
I have created a tasting bar with a vintage atmosphere, inspired by my travels.
Opening hours
January to end of March Friday 4-10 pm and Saturday 4-8pm. April to end of June Thursday and Sunday 4pm-7pm, Friday 4 pm-10 pm and Saturday 4 pm-8 pm. July and August Tuesday, Wednesday 4 to 8 pm, Sunday 11 am-7 pm, Friday 4 pm-10 pm, Saturday 11 am-8 pm. Closed on Tuesday. September to end of October Tuesday and Saturday 4 to 8 pm, Friday 4 pm-10 pm and Sunday 4 pm-7 pm, closed Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. From 1 to 12 November Friday 4-10 pm and Saturday 4-8 pm. End of November to December Monday 4-7.30 pm, Wednesday and Thursday 2.30-7.30 pm, Christmas market days 10 am-8 pm, closed Tuesday. Closed 1st January, Easter Monday, 25th-26th December.
